Gram flour 125 gm
Sugar 125 gm
Khoya 125 gm
Almond chopped 25 gm
Pistachio chopped 25 gm
Ghee ½ cup
Kewra 1 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp

• In a pan put ½ cup ghee, heat a little and then add 125 gm gram flour. Fry well for 3 – 4 minutes.
• Turn the flame off. Add 125 gm sugar and 3 tbsp water. Mix well.
• Turn the flame on, lower the flame and mix well.
• Now add 25 gm chopped almond, 25 gm chopped pistachios and 1 tbsp kewra. Now cook on low flame till mixture starts loosing sides of the pan.
• Add 125 gm khoya and mix well. Cook continuously on low flame.
• Pour mixture in a greased dish, keep aside till firm. Cut into squares and serve.
