Carrots are rich in vitamin A and anti-oxidants. Consuming carrots daily will promote healthy hair, bones, finger nails, and vision. Some studies also suggest that carrots can decrease the risks of heart attacks and some kinds of cancer. All that aside, carrots can be used as natural acne treatment and will encourage the restoration of skin cells.

To make a carrot facial mask you are going to need 2 or 3 carrots and 3 table spoons of honey.

Start by peeling the carrots and slicing them into rounded pieces.

Steam the carrots until they are tender. Do not over boil the carrots, they might loose their health benefits.

Mash the carrots using a blender and then add honey to the mixture.

Mix them well until you get a nice past to apply on your face for 15 minutes. Rise the mixture away with warm water when you are don.
