 Chana Dal Vada

Cook Time: 30 minutes


Channa dhal-2cup
Green chilli-4(finely chopped)
Onion-1 medium(finely chopped)
Jeera -1tsp
Asafoetida-4 pinch
Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
Salt to taste


Soak channa dhal for 30 minutes and grind to coarsely.
Add green chilli,jeera,onion,coriander leaves,asafoetida salt.
Make a flat round of the mixture and deep fry.
Serve hot with chutney/sauce.
