Ingredients

Mutton chops ½ kg
White cumin 1 tsp
Black cardamom 1
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Cloves 6
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp heaped
Gram flour 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Mustard seeds 1 tsp leveled
Onion seeds 1 tsp leveled
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp

Method

Flatten ½ kg chops with steak hammer, marinate chops with 1 tbsp raw papaya, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp salt for 30 minutes, dry roast 2 tsp gram flour and sprinkle over the chops, in a bowl, mix together 4 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp white cumin, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp onion seeds, 2 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp all spice, mix well, add to the chops. Preheat oven 180 degree C, bake chops for 45 minutes until done, remove from oven, sprinkle with 1 tsp chat Masala and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
