 Chicken fillet sandwich By Chef Shireen Anwar

Ingredients
Chicken breast 2 boneless cut into fingers
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Hp sauce 1 tsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp

Ingredients for batter
Egg 1
Dry milk powder 2 tbsp
Fresh milk ¼ cup
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Hot dog buns 3
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Salad leaves
Tomato 1 slice
Cucumber slices
Onion 1 cut into rings
Fries to serve

Method
Marinate chicken fingers with salt, black pepper, hp sauce and ketchup for 30 minutes, dip in prepare batter, and deep fry till light golden. Remove cut the hot dog buns, apply mayonnaise , put fried chicken top with slices of tomatoes, cucumber, onion rings, salad leaves, serve with fries and Cole slow salad.
