Chicken Fingers

 Chicken Fingers


Chicken breast (cut into 2 inch fingers) 2
Black pepper ½ tsp
Mustard powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Bread crumbs as required
Batter to dip fingers


Marinate 2 chicken breast cut into fingers with ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper and ½ tsp mustard powder, dip in prepared batter, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry.
