Chicken Pineapple Masala By Chef Zakir

Ingredients:

Chicken 300 grams
Pine apple 1
Capsicum 1
Green chilies 3-4
Mustard 1 tsp
Onion seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ground red chili 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Yogurt 250 grams
Salt as required
Oil ¼ cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
Peanuts powder 25 grams
Method:
1. Cut 300 grams chicken in slices. And cut apple in small cubes.
2. Heat ¼ cup oil and add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
3. Then add 1 chopped onion and fry till it softens.
4. Add chicken slices in it. When the color changes add 1 capsicum, few curry leaves, 3-4 green chilies, 1 tsp mustard, 1tsp onion seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp ground red chili, 1 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, and 250 grams yogurt and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Then add coconut milk and pineapple cubes. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10-12 minutes.
6. Sprinkle 25 grams peanut powder and serve.
