Chicken Sabzazar By Chef Zakir

Chicken breast ½ kg
Yogurt 250 grams
Finely chopped green onion 1
Green apple 1
Finely chopped green chilies 3-4
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Mint leaves ¼ bunch
Vegetable oil ¼ cup
Raisins 25 grams
Ground cumin 1 tsp
Ground coriander 1 tsp
Ground black pepper 1 tsp
Ground red chili 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

1. Cut ½ kg chicken cubes and keep aside.
2. Peel 1 green onion and add cubes of them in a chopper.
3. Add ¼ bunch coriander leaves, ¼ bunch mint leaves, 3-4 finely chopped green chilies, 1 finely chopped onion and 250 grams yogurt and make a paste.
4. Then in wok heat ¼ cup oil add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook for a while.
5. As it gets golden brown add chicken cubes and cook till it gets golden.
6. Then add the mixture and with that add 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp crushed coriander, 1 tsp crushed cumin and salt to taste , cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Add 25 grams of raisins and pour it in dish. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
