 Club Sandwich

Ingredients
2 Chicken breast pieces, boiled and shredded
1 Cucumber, sliced
1 Tomato, sliced
… 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp Chinese salt
2 eggs
Few lettuce leaves

Method
1.Add Soya sauce and Chinese salt to the chicken.
2.Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
3.Make two thin omelettes.
4.Remove the sides of the bread slices, apply mayonnaise on one slice, then spread the chicken mixture on it and cover it with another slice.
5.Place omelette, cucumber, and tomato and salad leaf on it.
6.Cover it with a third slice.
7.Cut it in a triangle shape.
8.Serve with French fries.
