 Creamy Seekh

Ingredients:

Beef mince ½ kg
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Papaya paste 1 tbsp
Salt : to taste
Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Egg for coating
Crumbs for coasting

Method:
Marinate mince in the ingredients mixture for 5-6 hours.
In wooden skewers, closely shaped kebabs and press them in a bowl. Place beaten eggs roll skewers in egg then in bread crumbs. Fry these skewers in hot oil in a pan. frying. For until all the meat slices are golden brown. Serve
