 Deli Seafood Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of Crab (Chunks or Flakes)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Celery (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp. Onions (finely chopped)
  • 6 round Sandwich Buns (uncut)

Instructions:

Shred the crab. Combine with mayonnaise , celery and onion. Cut top 1/3 off bun. Hollow out bun to form shell. Fill with 1/3 cup mixture. Replace top.
