 Dry Beef Chilli

Ingredients

  • Beef undercut cut in thin strips 450 gm (1 piece)
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Onions 2 (sliced thickly)
  • Green chilies 2 (sliced thinly)
  • Chinese Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chile Garlic sauce 1 tsp
  • For Marination:
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1+1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tsp
  • Tenderizer 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate the sliced beef in all the ingredients of marinade and leave aside for 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil, fry the marinated meat and cook till the water dries.
  3. Then add the onions and fry for sometime till soft then add the chilies and all the seasoning.
  4. Serve with garlic-fried rice.
