 Excersises to Lose Belly Fat

Here are some exercises that will help you loose belly fat, but these won’t work until you seriously reduce your carbs and fat daily intake.

Once you are on a normal healthy diet, you can start thinking about the best exercises to loose the belly at. Personally i would tackle the fat with these three exercises.

1- Contractions: This one is easy and can be done anywhere. This exercise will help you get the strength you need to do the rest of the exercises. During your normal daily routine, get in the habit of contracting your abs, hold for 5 to 10 seconds, and then release. Once your abs are trained and in shape, your belly will automatically look smaller.

2- Backward Sit-ups: To do this , you need to lie on your back and place the palms of your hands on the floor.next to your legs. Now, bend your knees upwards towards your chest slowly and then back to the original position. This exercise will not strain your neck and back.

3- Bent Leg Curl-ups: Lie on your back with your legs best. Then place your hands on your thighs and pull up your upper body to a 30 degrees angle. Hold for a second or two and then come back to original position.

For each of these exercises, increase the repetitions with time and as your ab muscles get stronger.
