 Fettuccine alfredo By Chef Shireen Anwar

Ingredients
Thick green egg noodles boiled 2 cups
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Nutmeg grinded ¼ tsp
Oregano leaves ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Mustard paste ½ tsp
Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Milk ½ cup

Ingredients for white sauce
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Mustard ¼ tsp
Stock 1 cup
Milk ½ cup

Method for white sauce
In a pan put Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Mustard ¼ tsp
Stock 1 cup
Milk ½ cup, and cook stirring till thick.

Method for fettuccini 
In your cooked white sauce add cream, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, nutmeg, crushed red pepper and mustard paste, mix well cook till boiling, fold in boiled green noodles, mix well and serve with garlic bread.
