 Food, Drink and Acne

1- Watch what you eat carefully. Junk food tastes good, but it has a very bad effect on our skin. Food that is high in oil and fats increases your chance of getting acne breakouts. If you have an oily skin, you should really be careful with junk food.

2- To keep pimples away, you need t to eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

3- Avoid drinking soda and any aerated drinks and replace them with fresh fruit juice or water.

4- Drink lots of wate. Water will wash away all the toxins from your system and will keep your skin looking beautiful

5- Drink green tea. Green tea is a powerful antioxidant that flushes out toxins and clears your skin naturally. Ask the Chinese !
