Fried Shrimp

  • Shrimp (peeled, deveined, washed, and dried)
  • Lemon Juice (Nimbu Arakh) (enough to cover all shrimps)
  • Shan Masala’s packet of Broasted Chicken
  • Cooking Oil (for frying)


  • Pour oil into a karhai (skillet) and heat on high.
  • Shrimp should be washed, dried and in a bowl. Squeeze enough lemon juice that shrimp gets wet and mix by hand.
  • Pour the Shan Masala (broasted chicken packet) into a seperate bowl.
  • When oil is hot, take each shrimp one by one and dip it into the masala until well coated on both sides and place into oil.
  • Take shrimp out when golden brown on both sides and place into plate lined with paper towel.


Tip: This is a quick and easy dish and goes great with dal and rice or even a snack.
