RadNa Gravy Noodles Recipe


Ingredients listed will make 2 sizeable portions of Thai gravy noodles.

3 tablespoons of vegetable oil

1/2 lb of fresh wide rice noodles

½ lb of Chinese broccoli (Peel the tough stems and cut into 2 inches) or cut regular broccoli

150 g of sliced pork

1 tablespoon of chopped garlic

1 tablespoon of sweet black soy sauce

¼ cup of oyster sauce

½ tablespoon of yellow bean sauce

1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water

3 cups of chicken stock

1 teaspoon of sugar

Ground pepper

Pork Marinade

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

½ tablespoon of oyster sauce

1 pinch of ground pepper

1 pinch of salt

¼ teaspoon of cornstarch

1 egg white

¼ teaspoon of sugar


• Marinate the pork with vegetable oil, oyster sauce, egg white, sugar, salt, pepper and cornstarch around 30 minutes.

• Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok and sauté the noodles with sweet soy sauce approximately 1 minute. Put the sautéed noodles in a bowl.

• Add the remaining oil to the wok, put in the garlic and stir fry until golden, then stir fry the pork and broccoli with yellow bean sauce until the pork is well done.

• Add the stock to the wok, season with sugar, pepper and oyster sauce. Then, add the mixed cornstarch and stir until the sauce is transparent.

• Pour the mixture over the noodles and serve hot.
