 Haray Masalay kay Seekh Kabab By Chef Rida Aftab

Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Egg 1
Onion 2
Green chilies 6
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Raw papaya 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste

Method
• In chopper put together ½ kg mince, 2 chopped onion, 6 green chilies, ½ bunch of coriander leaves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds and choperize well.
• Now add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp raw papaya paste, 1 egg and salt to taste. Mix well. Make seekh kabab and thread in skewers.
• Now fry in oil or Bar B.Q.
