Here are some exercises that you can do at home to tone your muscles and look fit. You are going to need some weights to follow them through.

For the chest and shoulders

Lie down on your back and hold the weights in your hands. Stretch your arms all the way to the sides. With your elbows slightly bent, slowly lift your arms above  the chest and bring them together straight up. Then return slowly to starting position. Complete three set of 10 repetitions with a weight you are comfortable with.

For the shoulders and upper arms:

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms stretched straight up. Hold the weights with the palm facing the back and then pull them forward and down without bending the elbows until they are at shoulder level. Then return to starting position. Complete three set of 10 repetitions with a weight you are comfortable with.

For the shoulders and back:

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Put your arms down in front of you holding on to the weights with the palms facing inside. Bend your elbows and lift the weights up towards your chin bending the elbows out to the sides at the level of the shoulders. Then return to starting position. Complete three set of 10 repetitions with a weight you are comfortable with.

For the Arms and chest:

There is nothing better than the classic push ups.

For the chest and back:

Sit down with your back straight and your legs straight on the floor so that you form a 90 degrees angle. Hold the weights next to your chest with you elbows sticking out to the sides. Push the weights forward until you hand is straight. Then return to starting position. Complete three set of 10 repetitions with a weight you are comfortable with.

For the arms:

Sit down and drop your hands to the sides of your body. Hold the weight with the palms facing outside and then bend your elbow bringing the palm of your hand to the shoulder. Then return to starting position. Complete three set of 10 repetitions with a weight you are comfortable with.
