Puff Pastry ½ kg
Peaches 2
Beaten Eggs ½ 
Salt a pinch
Butter 50 gm
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Cinnamon Powder ½ tsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Light Brown Sugar 2 tbsp


• Chop peaches.
• Add in 2 tbsp honey, salt, lemon juice and 2 tbsp light brown sugar.
• Add it in the frying pan and cook it on a slow flame till the peaches soften and sugar syrup thickens.
• Add in 50 gm butter and add in ½ tsp cinnamon and close the flame.
• Roll ½ kg puff pastry and cut it into squares.
• Add on peach mixture on the top.
• Brush it with the beaten egg and bake it at 180 C for 15 mins and serve.
