Right Beauty Step Cleansing the Face How to Exfoliate the Face With Milk

Milk is not only great for cereal but can also be part of your skincare regimen.
You can make a variety of facial products at home using ingredients found in your cupboard and refrigerator. Milk, especially, makes a great exfoliant due to its high lactic acid content. You can blend it with many other ingredients to make either a scrub or mask with a gentle exfoliating action. If you have sensitive skin, rub a small amount of milk on a concealed area of your body to test for a skin reaction before applying it all over your face.
