How to Make Italian Dough Jewelry

Italian dough jewelry is a simple craft idea that even children enjoy. Most craft stores carry Italian craft dough, or you can make your own. The process is fairly simple and provides hours of entertainment. There are so many different jewelry ideas you can create with the dough that each piece you make will be as special and unique as the person you are making the jewelry for.

 How to Make Italian Dough Jewelry


  1. 1- Mix water, glue, lemon juice and glycerin in the aluminum mixing bowl. Mix with the wooden spoon. Add corn flour one tablespoon at a time to the mixture. Mix until smooth.


    2- Heat the mixture on low heat until it pulls away from the sides. Put the dough in the gallon storage bag and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Separate tye dough into different sections and add different color oil paint to the dough to make it colorful.



    3- Make a big round shape and two smaller round shapes with the Italian dough. Take a toothpick and poke a hole in the top of the big round shape. Then poke a hole in the middle of each of the smaller round shapes.



    4- Take the glue gun and glue the beads to the edges of each of the round pieces. Decorate with glitter glue in any pattern you like.



    5- Glue the golden round hook to the bigger round shape. Glue the earring bases to the smaller shapes. Take the golden chain necklace and put the hook on the necklace. Allow to dry completely
