Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Ingredients for sauce
Orange color a pinch
Onion cut into rings 1
Capsicum cut into rings 1
Tomato cut into fingers 1
Sugar 1 tsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp


Marinate 1 kg chicken with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tbsp Wooster sauce and 2 tbsp ketchup. Heat ½ cup oil in pan, add marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes, add ½ cup water, cover and cook till chicken half done, then add all the ingredients for sauce with 1 cup water, cover and let it cook till done. Lastly add vegetables, simmer for 5 minutes.
