Vegetable LettuceCups Lettuce chicken with black mushroom By Chef Zakir

Boneless chicken 300 grams
Onion 1
Black mushrooms 6-7
Pineapple 2 slices
Water ½ cup
Ice berg ½ piece
Chinese cabbage ½ piece
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Corn flour 1- ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Soak 6-7 mushrooms in hot water to soften them.
2. Slice 300 grams chicken and keep aside.
3. Now cut cabbage and ice berg in small pieces.
4. Now cut onion in slices and finely chop garlic cloves.
5. Then heat 3-4 tbsp oil and cook garlic and onion till golden brown.
6. Add chicken and cook till the color changes.
7. When the chicken softens add lettuce, pineapple, 6-7 boiled finely chopped mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
8. Then add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, salt to taste and ½ cup of water.
9. When the water boils thick 1 ½ tsp corn flour and serve with boiled and fried rice.
