 Makrani Fish

Ingredients

Fish boneless ½ kg
Egg 1
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Coriander crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp heaped
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Oil for shallow frying


Method

Marinate ½ kg fish with 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic, 3 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp all spice, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 egg and 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for 1 hour, pan fry marinated fish till cooked in hot oil.
