 Missi Roti By Chef Rida Aftab

Ingredients
Gram flour ½ kg
Wheat flour 1 cup
Green chilies 4
Garlic ½ bunch
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ghee as required
Lukewarm water to knead

Method
• Finely chop ½ bunch of garlic and 4 green chilies.
• Now mix together 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp salt, ½ kg gram flour, 1 tsp carom seeds, chopped green chilies, chopped garlic and 1 cup wheat flour. Knead to dough with lukewarm water as required.
• Now make roti and fry with a little ghee.
