Pad See Ew Pork Ingredients for 2 servings

1 cup of sliced pork

100 gram of rice vermicelli noodle (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes)

1 cup of broccoli (cut in pieces)

1 tablespoon of chopped garlic

2 eggs (beaten)

1 teaspoon of black bean sauce or yellow bean sauce

1 tablespoon of black soy sauce

½ tablespoon of seasoning sauce

½ tablespoon of thin soy sauce

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of ground pepper

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

2 tablespoons of water

Pad See Ew Pork Preparations

• Drain the noodles and transfer to a large bowl. Add the soy sauce, black bean sauce, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and black soy sauce on the top of the noodles.

• Add the oil to a large skillet over medium high heat. When the oil is hot, simply add the egg to stir in the oil until well done.

• Add the garlic to stir in the skillet until golden. Then, add the pork and stir to cook thoroughly.

• Add the broccoli to cook in the skillet for 1-2 minutes.

• Put the seasoned noodles to stir in the skillet with meat and vegetables.

• Add water while stirring to keep the noodles moist. Keep stirring to combine well together. Taste your food! If you like a savory dish, add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and red pepper to create a layered flavor palate.

• Transfer to a plate and have a great meal!
