Pakora dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. of Garlic (Lasan) (minced)
  • 1 tbsp. of Ginger (Adrak) (freshly grated)

Method

  • In a mortar and pestle, mix the garlic and ginger together.

 

  • Transfer to a bowl and add yogurt and mix well.

 

  • Serve with Hot Pakoray
