Ingredients for dough
Flour 1 ½ cup
Yeast 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Luke warm water to knead

Ingredients for filling
Tikka chunks 1 cup
Spinach finely chopped 2 cups
Sweet corn 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup grated
Oil for frying

Method for dough
In a bowl add Flour 1 ½ cup, Yeast 1 tsp, Salt ½ tsp, Sugar ½ tsp, Oil 2 tbsp, Milk 2 tbsp, Luke warm water to knead, knead to smooth soft dough, leave to rise covered for 1 hour.

Method for filling
Heat 2 tbsp oil add finely chopped tikka chunks, sweet corn and finely chopped spinach, fry for 1 minute add salt, pepper , crushed red chili, cover and cook till mixture dries, remove in a bowl mix grated cheddar cheese, divide the dough into small balls, take 1 ball roll out into a 4 inch round using dry flour if required, place 1 tsp little filling in centre of each round, brush the edges with water, fold over and press together to seal, deep fry on moderate heat until golden, serve immediately with pasta soup.
