 Potato Puffs by Chef Shireen Anwar


Eggs 2
Water ½ cup
Flour ½ cup
Mashed and boiled potatoes ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Red pepper crushed ½ tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Butter ½ tbsp
Oil for frying


In a sauce pan mix ½ cup water and ½ tbsp butter, when its boiling add in ½ cup flour, mix well, remove from flame, add ½ cup boiled mashed potatoes, also add in ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp crushed red pepper and 2 tbsp coriander leaves, mix well, add in 2 eggs one at a time, beating well, mix all well, heat oil and deep fry puffs, serve immediately with chutney.
