 Prawns with Green Masala

Ingredients:

  • ½ kilogram of Prawns (peeled)
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Paste (Pisa Lehsan)
  • 1 tsp. Green Chilli Paste
  • ½ tsp. Cardamom Powder (Ilaichi Powder)
  • ½ tsp. Cumin Powder (Pisa Zeera)
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Cream
  • ½ cup of Plain Yogurt
  • 2 medium Onions (peeled and pureed to a paste)
  • Lemon Juice (for garnish)
  • A few strands of Coriander/Cilantro Leaves (Hara Dhania) (chopped – for garnish)
  • ½ cup Cooking Oil

Instructions:

  • Heat cooking oil in a pan, fry onion paste and prawns, add green chilli paste along with other ingredients and cook on low heat.

 

  • Mix fresh cream and plain yogurt . Transfer in a bowl and sprinkle lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves on top.
