1061 Potato Cutlet In Green Masala
Potatoes 1/2 kg boiled and mashed
Salt as u like
Bread slices 2
Eggs 2
Green chutney
Green coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Black peppers 1 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbs
White cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
Mix all ingrediants for chutney and grind them.
Add green chutney, bread slices and salt in potatoes, mix them well, make kababs, dip them in beaten eggs and deep fry.
Serve with imli chutney.
