Flour 2 cups
Green cardamom crushed ½ tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Sugar ¾ cup
Butter 4 ounces
Eggs 3
Luke warm water ½ cup
Milk 1 cup
Flaked almonds 3 tbsp

Blend together sugar, milk and eggs in a blender, mix flour, cardamom, melted butter and baking powder, add the blended mixture into the flour mixture and mixed to form a dough, knead the dough very well, if required add water, grease and line a baking tray, place the dough on it and use your hands to spread the dough to cover the tray, sprinkle with flaked almonds, bake for 30 minutes on 190 degree C, cut into slices, serve with tea.
