Ingredients

Carrots cut into square 2
Capsicum cut into square 2
Potatoes (peeled, boiled and cut into 1 inch cubes) 3
… Green chilies 6 slit
French beans (cut into ½ inch pieces) 10 to 15
Onion (boiled in ½ cup of water and ground) 2 medium
Peas ½ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Cauliflower 1 small
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
All spice ¼ tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Tomato puree 2 tbsp heaped

Method

Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add 2 boiled onion paste, cook till oil separates, do not brown the paste, add 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp coriander powder and 2 tbsp tomato puree, cook for 5 minutes, add all the 2 Carrots cut into square, 2 Capsicum cut into square, 1 small Cauliflower, 3 boiled Potatoes cut into cubes, ½ cup Peas, 10 to 15 French beans cut into ½ inch pieces with ½ cup of water, cover and cook for 10 minutes, lastly add 6 green chilies and ¼ tsp all spice powder.
