Salmon with Mustard Sauce

 Salmon with Mustard Sauce


  • Half Salmon Fish (cut in 5 pieces)
  • 3 tbsp. of Mustard Sauce
  • ¼ cup of Vinegar (Sirka)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Peppers (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (to taste)
  • ½ cup Fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic Paste (Pisa Lehsan)


  • Brush salmon pieces with garlic paste, salt, and black peppers.
  • Mix vinegar with the rest of the ingredients and mix well with Salmon fish and put the pieces of salmon in an oven dish and cover with foil.
  • Let salmon bake in preheated oven on mark 6 for half an hour. Then take it out and remove foil and again put in oven and now grill for another 10 minutes. When salmon turns brown remove from oven.
