Ingredients
Bread slices (diagonally sliced) 8
Oil for frying
… Milk 1 liter (reduced 750 ml)
Sugar 1 cup
Cream 250 gm
Saffron a pinch
Kewra 3 drops
Almonds and pistachios (silvered) for garnishing
Cardamoms (grounded) 1 tsp

Method
1.Trim the bread crusts from the bread.
2.Shallow fry till golden brown.
3.Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
4.Now soak the fried bread in the sugar syrup and cream.
5.Cook milk on low heat till your have a thick sauce mixture.
6.Cover the bread with cream.
7.Grind saffron in kewra essences.
8.Pour this in milk sugar syrup mixture.
9.Pour the thick creamy milk on top of bread and let the bread soak in the moisture.
10.Sprinkle the nuts on top
11.Serve hot or cold.
