Shrimp Salad

 Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of Shrimp (cooked, peeled, and de-veined)
  • ¼ cup Onion (finely diced)
  • 1/3 cup of Celery (diced)
  • 2 tsp. of Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions:

Cut shrimp in half. Combine with remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Serve on bed of lettuce or sandwich roll.
