1 packet spaghetti
300 gram mince
1 onion
1 tomato
3 boiled tomatoes
4 green chilies
6 cloves of garlic
¼ bunch parsley
½ tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp crushed black pepper
3 to 4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
In a chopper machine, add 300 gram mince, 1 onion, 4 green chilies, 1 tomato and ¼ bunch parsley and mix it. Make small balls out of it. Boil spaghetti and keep aside. In a different pan, boil 3 tomatoes and make a paste. In a pan, add oil as required, 3 finely sliced garlic and tomato paste and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Include meat balls in it and allow simmering. When meat balls are cooked, add boiled spaghetti, 2 tbsp crushed black pepper, ½ tsp cinnamon powder and salt to taste and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Delicious Spaghetti Meat Balls in Sauce is ready to serve.
