 Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

Strawberries 1 kg chopped
Sugar 1 kg
Lemon juice ¼ cup
Method
Wash and chop 1 kg strawberries, put in a plastic bowl with 1 kg sugar and keep in fridge over night, next morning cook in a pan, stirring till sugar dissolves, cook for about 20 minutes till sugar reaches setting point, add lemon juice and pour in sterilized bottles.
