Big Green chilies 250 gm
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
Chili powder 1 tsp
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Onion seeds 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Coriander roasted and crushed 2 tsp
Roasted Poppy seeds 2 tsp
Ingredients for baghar
Red chili whole 6
Oil ½ cup
Whole white Cumin 1 tsp


Slit 250 gm green chilies from centre, remove seeds, in a bowl mix together1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp roasted and crushed coriander, 2 tsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp onion seeds and ½ cup yogurt, fill this in the green chilies, preserve the remaining Masala, heat ½ cup oil, add 1 tsp whole white cumin, 6 red chili whole, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp tomato paste with ¼ cup water, fry well, add stuffed chilies with the left over Masala, let it simmer on low flame till done.
