 Sweet and salty Meat


Undercut 350 gram
Cornflour 2tsp
Red capsicum 1
Capsicum 1
Pineapple piece 452 gram
Garlic 2 cloves
Egg 2
Spring onion 2
Salt 1tsp
Oil 2tbsp
+ for frying

Ingredients for sauce:-
Vinegar ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Tomato ¾ cup
Chicken stock 1 cup
Soya sauce 2tbsp
Corn flour 2tbsp
Salt ½ cup

• cut undercut into ½ inch thick pieces; apply salt and keep aside.
• Heat oil in a fry pan; coat meat coat meat piece first with egg and then corn flour; fry till golden.
• De-second and cube capsicums. Cut spring onions leghtwise.
• Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok; fry garlic and onion; add pineapples, springs onion and capsicums.
• Mix sugar, tomato ketchup, stock, soya sauce, corn flour and salt in vinegar; put in wok.
• Cook for 5 minutes; add meat; mix and dish out
