 Tandoori Moti Tikka by Chef Shireen Anwar

Ingredients

Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
Black cumin ¼ tsp
Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
Grated cheddar cheese 3 tbsp
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Egg white beaten 1
Butter 2 tbsp
All spice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
Green chilies grinded 1 tsp heaped
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp

Method

Marinate ½ kg boneless chicken cubes with ¼ tsp black cumin, ¾ tsp crushed black pepper, 3 tbsp grated cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp fresh cream, 1 beaten egg white, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp all spice, 1 tsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp ground green chilies, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt and 4 tbsp yogurt, put on skewers and bake on 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
