 Tawa Chana


  • White chana
  • Kasoori methi
  • 2-3 Onions
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Tomato Puree
  • 1 Tomato
  • Soya Sauce
  • Chana Masala
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Refined Oil


  • Boil White Chana in cooker.
  • On tawa pour 1-2 big spoons of refined oil.
  • Put some kasoori methi according to chana u have boiled.
  • Now, cut the onion in staright direction and put it in kasoori methi.
  • Fry it for 2-3 min.
  • Now put boiled chana in this mixture and mix it.
  • Now put chana masala, salt, kitchen king masala, red chilli powderand salt according to taste.
  • Mix it again
  • Now put tomato puree , tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix it well

Keep it on gas till it gives brown color.

Tip: While serving put some small pieces of onion and tomato on chana.
