Thai Basil Pork Ingredients for 2 Servings

1 cup of ground pork

¼ cup of chopped onion

2 cloves of garlic (chopped)

¼ cup of green beans (chopped)

¼ cup of bell pepper (chopped)

¼ cup of bamboo shoots

10 fresh chilies (chopped)

½ cup of basil leaves

1 tablespoon of seasoning sauce

1 tablespoon of thin soy sauce

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

1 teaspoon of sugar

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

2 tablespoons of water

Thai Basil Pork Directions

• Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium high heat. Wait until the oil is warm, then add the chopped garlic, the chopped onion and the chopped chilies to stir fry for 30 seconds.

• Put the ground pork to fry in the wok until it is golden brown.

• Add the chopped green beans, the bamboo shoots and the bell peppers to stir fry in the wok until the vegetables are soft.

• Add the soy sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar and water to season the dish.

• Try your sauce and adjust it to suit your appetite.

• Pour onto a lovely plate over hot white rice.

• Ready to serve!
