Things That Can Ruin Your Skin

1- Regular visits to the sauna. When you go to the sauna excessively, the steam will work against your skin and might cause it to sag. If you like the sauna, do not give it up, just keep your visits to a minimum.

2- Using the phone excessively can cause bacterial breakouts. Make sure you wipe your skin with antibacterial wipes or gel after a long time on the phone

3- Coffee can dehydrate your skin. Minimize your daiy intake.

4- Smoking and second hand smoking. Prolonged exposure to smoke will speed the aging process of the skin and wrinkle formation.

5- Excessive showering.  Excessive showering will strip the skin of the much needed essential oils. The chemical build up in water also hearts you skin. Shower often but keep your showers short.
