 Tikka boty

Ingredients:

1/2 Kg cubes of beef
2 tbs. eaw papaya(grinded)
1/2 tbs.ginger(adrak) paste
1/2 tbs. garlic(lehson) paste
1/2 tbs. salt (according to taste)
2 tbs. yogurt
1 tbs. chili (lal mirch) powder
1 tbs. chopped green chilies

Method:
Mix together all the spieces.
yogurt & papaya.
& coat the beaf cubes & merinate for 5-6hours
perferably over night grill/barbeaq over charcoal.
serve with mint(podina)chatni,yogert & onion rings.
& naan
serving:2 to3 persons.
