 Traffic Light Smoothie by Chef Shireen Anwar

Ingredients

Kiwi fruit (chopped) 2
Water ¼ cup
Mango puree 1 cup
Strawberries blended ½ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp

Method

Blend 2 kiwi fruit in a blender till smooth, spoon the mixture in 2 tall glasses, top each with 2 tbsp of yogurt, spreading the yogurt to the sides of the glass, top yogurt with 1 cup mango puree then another layer of yogurt, blend ½ cup strawberries with 2 tbsp of sugar, spoon the strawberry puree into glass. Serve immediately with a decorative straw.
